Emote To Me In Your Love Language
Music has a magical ability to connect people. My parents met doing musical theater (as did my grandparents) and now my sister does it professionally. Suffice to say, our house was not a quiet place. Even though I was into rap more than theater, music has bonded me to my family (Hamilton did wonders for my relationship with my sister). Today, my love for music continues to help me forge bonds with people.
Music also helps me convey my emotions. When I listen to music, it makes me feel like I’ve been taken to a different plane of existence. I find expressing my emotions through that plane way easier than saying them aloud. I like to speak in songs which is how this project was born.
